What do I do if I have a repair or a warranty problem?

Warrantys/Repairs can be returned to CBI.  Please ensure that you attach a note explaining the problem and a daytime contact number.

I am a retail customer, can I purchase these products direct from you?

As we are a wholesaler, we do not supply direct to the public, but we can certainly put you in contact with your local store.
